By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sihtak is a health management application that allows users to:
IMPORTANT: Sihtak is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App, including the AI Health Chat feature, provides educational and informational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through the App.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
You retain ownership of all health data and content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You agree not to:
Patient Accounts: Free for all features with no usage limits.
Provider Accounts: Healthcare providers may subscribe to the Provider plan for additional features including patient management and lab result entry. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store settings.
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Sihtak and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
