Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Sihtak account and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
- In the app: Open Sihtak → go to the More tab → tap Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account.
- Via this page: Enter the email address associated with your account below and submit a deletion request. We will process your request within 48 hours.
- Via email: Send an email to support@sihtak.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Health records (vitals, lab results, medications, symptoms)
- AI chat history and conversations
- Family connections and shared data
- Nutrition and exercise logs
- Vaccination records
- Appointment history
- Push notification tokens
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your health data will be permanently erased. Please export any data you need before requesting deletion.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- All personal data is deleted immediately from our active database.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained.
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days.
- If required by law, certain records may be retained for the legally mandated period.
Request Account Deletion
Deletion Request Received
We have received your account deletion request. Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
